What Are Angel Aligners?

Angel Aligners are custom-made, removable, clear trays that fit snugly over your teeth. Unlike traditional braces, they don’t use metal brackets or wires. Instead, they rely on a series of transparent aligners that gradually shift your teeth into the desired position.

The aligners feature a "dual-material" system (often referred to as a “7+3” approach): initially, a flexible aligner worn for seven days, followed by a firmer aligner for three days. This method aims to combine gentle tooth movement with precise control, often leading to more efficient treatment than conventional clear aligners.

Angel Aligner’s inbuilt “angelButton” design allows for integrated elastics and attachments. This means that for cases needing more complex tooth movement, such as bite correction, treatment can proceed without the need for frequent adjustments.

Our Treatment Process

Consultation & 3D Scan — We begin with a thorough dental assessment and a digital 3D scan of your teeth and jaws. This allows us to tailor your treatment plan precisely.
Custom Treatment Plan — Using your scan, our orthodontist designs a bespoke treatment path. If Angel Aligners are chosen, we determine the series of aligners needed to achieve your desired outcome.
Fitting & Instruction — Receive your first set of aligners and instructions on how and when to wear them. We walk you through care, removal, cleaning, and best practices for comfort.
Wearing & Progression — Typically, you wear each set according to the dual-material protocol (e.g. seven days soft aligner, followed by three days firmer aligner). Aligners should be worn for approximately 20–22 hours per day, removed only for eating, drinking (other than water) and oral hygiene — similar to standard clear-aligner wear time.
Regular Check-ups — Periodic appointments allow us to monitor tooth movement, check aligner fit, and make any necessary adjustments.
Retention Phase — Once active treatment is complete, retainers may be advised to maintain your new smile.
